The demand of water is increasing every day due to the rapid growth in populations around the world. Therefore, it must be available every time and any lack of water supply service in any section of the water distribution network will affect widely in the daily life. Detecting of water flow status over the pipeline is important for providing high quality service. This paper aimed to design an electronic circuit for monitoring the flow of water based on internet of things technology (IoT) and wireless communication. The system assists to improve the quality of the service by giving real tine monitoring of water flow in the major pipelines from anywhere. The design structure consists of Node MCU ESP 32, group of sensors and GPS module. The results were displayed via internet of things and all received data were stored in a database system. The flow rating sensor used to measure the speed of water in the pipeline which is essential parameter to identify the quality of the service. Any change of flow rate in the pipeline directly displayed in the website and database; the design also included with water level sensor to measure the quality of service. The system was examined experimentally in different possible scenarios, the design was tested experimentally and all the received results were corrected and achieved the required goals of the system.
